Skhona Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd, trading as SG Holdings, is a 100% black-owned and Level 1 BBBEE contributor founded by Thokozani Skosana. As a fully registered and compliant SMME, we provide a comprehensive portfolio of services across Construction, Cleaning & Pest Control, Facilities Management, Mechanical Work & HVAC and Scaffolding & Shute Hire.

Our purpose is twofold: to deliver quality, reliable, and sustainable solutions to our clients, while driving socio-economic transformation through youth employment, skills development, and empowering emerging black-owned enterprises. By combining technical expertise with a strong development ethos, we play a role in strengthening South Africa’s infrastructure, workplace environments and community well-being.
